THIS is great customer service. My old van had a flat tire, completely off the rim Joe and Josh tried everything to reinflate the tire, so I could drive it to the mechanic. (No spare.) They even offered to follow me to the mechanic to make sure I got there safely. After over a half hour of trying, we all decided that towing it was the safest option. Looks like I left the key turned to the on position in my car while unloading groceries and walking the dog. When I noticed 30 minutes later that the lights were on. I tried to take the key out and couldn't. Battery dead. Kreager came out, Blake, and it took him no time to rectify the situation. He is so polite, efficient and helpful. Very nice young man. Pick up a piece of metal in my tire when I got home tire was hissing. My neighbor told me Kreager's has a person who is available to fix flats. Called and w/in 30 minutes he arrived. Blake made no big deal about it, he was polite, kind, professional, and efficient. W/in 15 minutes tire was changed, he placed the flat in my car.- Linda Taylor
