THIS is great customer service. My old van had a flat tire, completely off the rim Joe and Josh tried everything to reinflate the tire, so I could drive it to the mechanic. (No spare.) They even offered to follow me to the mechanic to make sure I got there safely. After over a half hour of trying, we all decided that towing it was the safest option. Looks like I left the key turned to the on position in my car while unloading groceries and walking the dog. When I noticed 30 minutes later that the lights were on. Pick up a piece of metal in my tire when I got home tire was hissing. My neighbor told me Kreager's has a person who is available to fix flats. Called and w/in 30 minutes he arrived.
